Severe ocd is not letting me live with parents. i get extreme anxiety, doubt, etc if they touch anything in the house. i have to be constantly alert & panicky. they also get irritated. i feel guilty to ask them to live with my bro. living alone helps?

Severe OCD: Your living conditions are a consideration but you need treatment to deal w/your extreme OCD. Please search out a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist who specializes in OCD. Medication may be helpful but you also need psychotherapy. There are specific treatments for OCD, one of which is called "Response Prevention." Peace and good health.
