Maybe: You may have swollen adenoids and an over the counter nasal steroid spray may be tried for two to six weeks. Nasal saline rinse the nostrils prior to use and during the day for congestion.

I duct tape my mouth shut at night to stop snoring and encourage nose breathing. Done it for months and it works. But can any chemicals from the adhesive part of the tape get into my system by way of the mucus membranes of my lips?

Hello, my husband was just diagnosed with sleep apnea. However my daughter had the same symptoms (snoring, periodic paused breathing) and they found that she had enlarged adenoids and tonsils. They did surgery to remove them and she's been fine ever sin
I had surgery to fix my deviated septum, prior to surgery I did not snore, post op I am snoring badly, I do not have the symptoms of Sleep apnea, Unfortunately my ENT just wants to cut the uvula. Can this be a complication as a result of surgery?
