Dentist: Rule out a problem with that front tooth by seeing a dentist. The pain from a toothache can be radiating to your lip and nostril.

Endodontist: Endodontists are experts in diagnosing pain of dental they will test eval and diagnose and treat if applicable. If not, they will make the proper referral. But this is where to start!

Dentist: It sounds like a dental issue so the dentist would be the first choice. Of course if it is not a dental issue, then the dentist could refer you to another specialist.
