YES: Yes, in fact it would have been OK to take them at the same time. It says you've been waiting a long time so sorry if this was not answered in a timely manner; one can not rely on prompt answers on this site. If you take Excedrin often I advise you take the supplement NAC (N-acetlycyteine) 5-600 mg with each dose to minimize the liver toxicity that acetaminophen often causes.
