Hi i took benadryl (75 mgs) now can i take two tylenol (acetaminophen) pms?

No: Maximum one time dose is 100mg and maximum daily dose is 300mg. You've already taken 150 mg and each Tylenol (acetaminophen) PM contains 25 mg of Benadryl.
