My daughter (age 13) took two benadryl (diphenhydramine) at 9:00 pm. it is now 11:30 pm. her nose is stuffy and she can't sleep. is there anything she can take now?

Yes, but no antihist: amine--I presume she took two 25 mg tabs, so she shouldn't take another antihistamine. I recommend an over-the-counter decongestant nasal spray like Afrin. Follow the directions. Alternative--otc sudafed. With no stuffy nose, she should sleep better.
