Peptic ulcer disease: Nausea and Postprandial pain has long list of D/DX US abdomen was normal , more or less r/o Chlelithiasis ( gall stones) but has not R/O Biliary dyskinesia,HIDA Scan needs to be done to r/o latter. I would recommend trial of Omeperazole for 2 weeks, to see affect on symptoms. If symptoms do not improve HIDA Scan and EGD should be done to r/o PUD, GERD Biliary dyskinesia, add liver profila
