Yesterday i think i had an asthma attack. struggling to breathe, hyperventilating, shakes, fatigue unable to walk properly, headaches.

It happens: If true it can/will recur at some point. If you are stable and comfortable now, I would schedule a visit with your doc to sort this out and come up with a treatment plan. If you are still having problems now I would go to urgent care.
