See allergist: You have enough issues to consider seeing an allergist. It appears that your asthma is not under control and that you are not on a controller drug to improve your asthma.

Consider allergist: It sounds like your asthma is still not completely controlled. A board-certified allergist can be really helpful if you haven't seen one yet. Tai chi or chi gung classes can help with breathing technique and anxiety. See therapist for help with anxiety triggers. Take care of yourself!
