i am experiencing rapid heart rate (worsened by: psychological stress, after exercise) . the following also describe me: shortness of breath, hyperventilating, fatigue, and headache. what should i do?

Rapid heart: rate and shortness of breath. It could be a cardiac situation or panic. In any case you need to be looked at by a doctor ASAP. Please go to your emergency room. If panic, follow up w/a clinical psychologist. Peace and good health.
