Depression/anxious: Shaking and dizziness can be a sign of anxiety/
depression and if short of breath, this might
be an acute panic attack. Blow into a paper
bag x 20 breaths and slow your breathing down.
If that improves, the attack will resolve. If the symptoms
worsen, make an appt with a child psychiatrist thru
Health to discuss your symptoms and depression..
The suicide hotline is also a good resource to review.

SYMPTOMS: If uncomfortable with your Dr. consult another for a second opinion. Have a physical exam by a Dr. to know if you have a physical illness. The most complete evaluation for medication is with a Psychiatrist. Consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to help you with ZOOM. Fears and anxiety could be heightened due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Stay safe & hopeful to elevate your immunity.
