Depression/anxious: Shaking and dizziness can be a sign of anxiety/ depression and if short of breath, this might be an acute panic attack. Blow into a paper bag x 20 breaths and slow your breathing down. If that improves, the attack will resolve. If the symptoms worsen, make an appt with a child psychiatrist thru Health to discuss your symptoms and depression.. The suicide hotline is also a good resource to review.
