Probably not.: Fooling with un-vaccinated animals, that could be carrying rabies, is not a good idea.

Not likely: Not likely at all; both from the perspective of your puppy having rabies and from the perspective of catching rabies from a lick on unbroken skin on your foot. Wise to get take your puppy to vet to “get his shots” including a rabies vaccine.
