No: If the dog was vaccinated, he doesn't need another series of shots.

No: Three things. A properly vaccinated dog is not a rabies risk to anyone. A person with a proper primary and booster series for rabies is considered protected from any rabies exposures for two years from the date of the booster. There are other germs that can complicate a bite, so proper wound care and monitoring is important.
