My blood glucose level(2 hrs after meal) is 300 immediately after masturbation, i am type 2 and my normal bg is 160-180 after meal. is this normal?

No.: It is not normal to measure your BG after masturbation and it would be quite difficult to define what a normal level should be as there is no control group. 2 hour post prandial BG should run less than 140 although I suppose if your A1C is pretty near normal and you have no complications it would be hard to argue for stricter control.

And your "normal" BG range of 160-180 is not normal either. Your A1c forms the basis for assessment of risk of diabetic complications, not your infrequent BG testing. I suggest you talk with your doc, with A1c i mind to fine-tune your regimen.
