See a doctor: While migraines can sometimes cause neurological symptoms, there are so many symptoms and some, like talking slowly, are not typical of migraine, that I am concerned about other possible causes such a small stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA). This could be the harbinger of a more serious problem to come so I would see a doctor soon- it might be wise to go to the Emergency Room.
