Started about 3 months ago . itchy hands & feet and scalp. sometimes around eyes & wrists. sometimes will turn red to sometimes a burning feeling.

You need evaluation : There can be many causes for this. You need to see a dermatologist, but it needs to be considered that this could be an allergic reaction to something. Ask your physician to have you see a dermatologist.
