What is the cause of black flecks in urine?

Black flecks: First make sure that the urine is not mixed with vaginal debris such as left over uterine shedding from a recent period. If a clean catch urinalysis shows black flecks, a urinary bladder lesion such as a melanoma would be suspected. Consulting a urologist would be recommended if repeated flecks are noted in your urine.
