Prostate calculi: Small calculi in the prostate are a normal part of aging and some of those may be coming out in the urine. It would be prudent to mention this to your doctor at your next visit.

Make sure you are not dehydrated. Many drugs and ingestions can cause urine to be dark. Pl consider getting yourself checked with a urine examination.
