You need an exam: In a woman, these could be small vaginal blood clots. Could be "products of conception". Unless something has been introduced into your bladder, I really can't think of anything else that could behave this way. You need a pelvic exam and a urinalysis and a pregnancy test..

Two weeks ago I was at ER w/ pyelonephritis (blood in urine, flu like symptoms, extreme flank pain). Given IV abx & oral bactrim finished 9 days ago. Pain is improving but I see increasing amounts of black flecks in urine. Urinalysis clean. Concerns?
