This morning i saw a dried-up red fleck of blood in my urine (i touched it, it was blood). by the end of the day, my period started. i'm not sure if the blood was from my period or my urine because it was dried-up and a fleck. what can it be?

This is likely related to your period starting. But, if you develop urinary symptoms like burning, urinating more frequently, feeling like you need to urinate all the time, then call your doctor. If it recurs after your period ends, then call your doctor and have your urine tested. Good luck!
