Osteopenia: Vitamin D by itself is not enough to resolve osteopenia. Please continue to see your doctor. Vitamin D helps minerals you ingest get to your bones rather than being stored in veins and so it can be a big help. Ask about a product that has minerals and D in combo form rather than taking a pharmaceutical if possible. Peace and good health.
