A member asked:

Could drinking water cut down sodium intake?

Drinking free water will dilute the level of sodium in the serum but only cutting down on adding salt to foods or not drinking soda with high sodium content can decrease the amount you intake. Will not advise increasing free water intake to lower sodium but modifying your diet should do the trick.
