I'm 53 yo male. blood test for annual physical. results came with 1 issue neutrophils 39.3% lymphocyts 46.4% abs#neut 2.0 abs#lymph 2.3 should i worry ? doc said to retake in 2-3 weeks. said maybe due to cold (i had a bad one 2 weeks before test)

Follow advice: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your doctor's advice is correct and you should follow it.
