I'm 53 yo male. Blood test for annual physical. Results came with 1 issue Neutrophils 39.3% Lymphocyts 46.4% Abs#Neut 2.0 Abs#Lymph 2.3 Should I worry ? Doc said to retake in 2-3 weeks. Said maybe due to cold (I had a bad one 2 weeks before test)

4 blood tests showed lymph (13-19%) low and neut high (72-80%). Absolute lymp is 1.5-1.7) why does it keep doing this? Wbc 8.9. Rest of counts normal
how do blood counts work ex: if neutro are 64% and lymph 21% WBC 5.7 last test my neut 72% lymph 19% WBC 5.1 does it mean there is more neutro needed?
