I have inflammation in rectum, when i take antibiotics it goes away but when i stop taking, it comes back. i have no pain, blood or pus. is it curable?

See a specialist: See an infectious disease specialist, or a colo-rectal surgeon or a gastroenterologist to figure out why this keeps happening. You have my sympathy, I am sure you are prefectly miserable from this. See a specialist to evaluate thoroughly and hopefully give you longer lasting improvement.
