Pilonidal cyst came back and burst a month after my doctor removed it. the pain is 8/10 and it oozed green pus and blood. do i need to go to er or dr?

From description, it sounds as if the abscess has spontaneously ruptured and is draining. If so, a visit to the er may not be needed. If pain is tolerable and not febrile and sick, would contact surgeon in am.
