Is it actually true that an aso ankle brace will provide enough support for fractured cuboid bone?

A cam walker : Would be a better option. An ankle brace may not do anything, as the cuboid is in the foot and not the ankle.

Not enough: An aso ankle brace does well to immobilize the ankle, but the straps essentially end right at the cuboid, so very little stability is afforded to this bone. If you have a cuboid fracture, a short air cast boot will be better.
