Pregnant 30 y.o with 2 7-4cm complex ovarian cysts. history of endometriosis/endometriomas. would a cystectomy be possible during c section?

Possible not likely: It is possible to do a cystectomy at the time of your C/section if it is a large simple ovarian cyst. However, your described cysts are complex and multiple which if excised may remove a significant percentage of your ovary impairing future fertility prospects by reducing potential ova with that ovary.
