Good day, please can you offer some advise. in february 2018 i had the mirena inserted. since i put it in i have been in constant pain and discomfort. it feels like the pain is somehow worse and my periods can last up to a month at a time. ?

Get checked : Most patients using Mirena have very light periods with up to 50 % having none at all. You will want to see an Obgyn for an examination and possibly a sonogram to verify the proper location of the IUD. If confirmed to be in the normal location then they will want to evaluate other causes of pelvic pain and bleeding.
