Possibly: It’s impossible to make a diagnosis without a photo, however i believe you are describing a common condition called ARCUS. Technically it is called “Arcus senilis” but it has nothing to do with senility!!! It is sometimes associated with high cholesterol levels, so I would recommend having your cholesterol levels checked if you have not done this to be on the safe side.
