See Eye doctor ASAP: If there are corneal injuries then these may not improve without treatment from an ophthalmologist. The eye doctor will perform a special exam to see if there are any abrasions or ulcers.

Be sure: Be sure there is no ruptured eye ball/globe. If just corneal abrasion: antibiotics (i.e. Viagmox) used 3-4x/day, eye rest, antibiotic ointment at night and follow up every day or 2 until it is healed.
