Vaginal spasm??: "Vaginal spasms" do not restrict urination. At 30 with sensations of a "full bladder", it is likely that you have a urinary tract infection and the culture or "UTI test" may have been wrong. Get a repeat urinary culture and microscopic exam of your urine, and get a second opinion if no treatment is offered.
