held my pee 5 hours at work. after i went i had bladder spasms for two weeks. doctor found no uti. spasms are gone. but it takes awhile to start peein?

Urologist: Problems initiating the urinary stream may be caused by obstruction in the outlet of the bladder or prostate congestion. A neurologic problem can also be a cause. A urologist is best qualified to evaluate you and order the appropriate tests and treatment.
