Not a good idea: The maximum dose of flexeril is 10mg per dose, and the daily maximum is 10mg every 8 hours. You should not take more than 10mg at one time. If your back pain persists, discuss other medication options with your doctor, but you shouldn't take more than 10mg of flexeril at a time.
