Bug bites: Spreading of a rash can mean spreading of an infection, they may not be bug bites after all. Check with your regular doctor and see what is going on.

Scabies: Scabies usually spread but then your problem may not be bug bites at all. See a dermatologist if this does not get better soon. Does your partner have similar issues?
