i’m 32 weeks pregnant. have menstrual-like cramps in lower right back and spreading towards the front right abdomen. nauseous as well. should i worry?

Cramps in lower back: At 32 wks of pregnancy, the symptoms are unlikely to be because of your pregnancy, but may indicate a urinary tract infection which may affect your kidney. See your OB physician immediately for testing and treatment, since an untreated infection can seriously affect your pregnancy.

Get checked : This may simply be round ligament pain or another normal discomfort of pregnancy but late in pregnancy pain should be promptly evaluated. Preterm labor must be ruled out by your doctor.
