Cramps in lower back: At 32 wks of pregnancy, the symptoms are unlikely to be because of your pregnancy, but may indicate a urinary tract infection which may affect your kidney. See your OB physician immediately for testing and treatment, since an untreated infection can seriously affect your pregnancy.
