15 weeks pregnant. went to a food festival yesterday and ate a variety of different foods, nothing looked/tasted suspect. woke up with nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and tummy cramps. no one else that went is sick. should i be worried about the baby?

This can be ok,: However, in rare cases food poisoning bacteria, can cross the placenta, to affect the baby. Discuss with your doctor, as testing may be needed to decrease risk for the baby.
