Exercise if disabled: You may be able to do some stretching exercises to maintain flexibility or use free weights or resistance bands to build your upper body strength. building muscle not only enhances strength, it contributes to weight control because the more muscle you have, the more calories you can burn. Consult with a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist.

Adapted Exercises: Please ask your doctor for a referral to a physical therapist who can create a plan that works safely and best for you. It may include a variety of brief exercises. Peace and good health.
