Yes you can: Yes you can as long as it is not very big and cause discomfort.No harm will be done if you swim.But get it fixed, as it is a simple operation.

Yes, you can..., but: Hydrocele itself should not preclude your participating in swimming and walking. But, to know what causes hydrocele is important, especially at a man, 37, of 2-month history. So, see doc timely to decide if scrotal us is needed or not and explain to you what might cause it, idiopathic, infection-related, or...?
