Depends: Poison Ivy is a skin reaction to the rheus antigen (oily material) from the plants. It can spread until washed off. If you are re-exposed to camping gear, clothing, tools that have this rheus material on it you can break out again. The rheus antigen remains active on objects for years. If you are developing new blisters but are not re-exposed, it is not from poison ivy.
