Doctor can examine: If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, plus is not pregnant, the possibilities include: pulled muscle of the abdominal wall, bad constipation, stomach flu, appendicitis (usually right lower tummy), colitis, kidney problems, etc... Most people with moderate (more than mild) pain, or recurring pain, need a doctor's evaluation to be sure it is not something urgent.
