Not a complete food!: Your question seems to ask if almonds only will be sufficient for a person! They will not . Almonds are a good non-meat protein source and have fiber as well and no cholesterol, Vit E, magnesium, etc. But they do have fat, so don't a great deal of them. A handful of almonds at a meal, instead of meat is OK. A serving size of 1 oz is a guideline. See: https://tinyurl.com/y7bux2qf
