Multivitamins: Most recent research shows that many of these multivitamins and over-the-counter supplements show no long-term benefit. In all honesty I would not recommend vitamin E unless your doctor specifically request you to take it. Don't bother going out of your way to fulfill that part of your diet. Hope this helps.

Yes: Vitamin E is an important antioxidant in our bodies. It helps to protect cell membranes. 15mg per day is the recommended daily allowance for adults. You can find vitamin E in vegetable oils, cereal, eggs, fruits and vegetables. If you feel you are not getting enough you can also take a supplement to get the RDA.
