Vit E: Vit E is a valuable, beneficial antioxidant vitamin. However, natural E is far superior to synthetic E. It is safe to supplement with natural E up to 200 iu per day. That much synthetic E is not helpful and potentially unhealthy. Natural E is: alpha, beta, gamma tocopherol, only the d-isomer. (NOT THE dl-isomer).
