Need more info: Headache and tummy ache are common with fevers, but it would be helpful to know if cold symptoms, cough, sore throat or diarrhea. Fever of 39.2 is not harmful as long as your child is alert and well hydrated, so encouraging fluid intake is good. If fever is higher, it is safe to try acetaminophen, as it differs from mybulon. Strep throat can present with these sx, so see doctor if > 1-2 days
