Not enough info!: How long has this been going on? Splenda (sucralose) or Stevia (two types of artificial sweeteners) can cause bloating and cramping. Does this happen with snacks? If not, then keep a food diary and try to sort out if there is a particular food causing this. You also may have gall bladder disease or even parasites. So if your diet soda is not the problem, best get checked by doc.
