Magnesium taurate: My favorite form of magnesium is magnesium taurate, which is magnesium bound to the amino acid taurine. It is among the best-absorbed forms of magnesium and the taurine in it is beneficial for the heart and often helps arrhythmias (as does magnesium). This is not easy to find but I like the one from Cardiovascular Research (available online); you can take up to 2 AM & PM, best on empty stomach.
