The basics: Torsion occurs when the testis twist within the scrotum on their blood supply to the point it is narrowed/cut off. Whether or not your normal state has them both aligned as you desire or not is not clear. True torsion would occur at some point if you accidentally or manually turn your testis. No pain suggests no torsion but you may have made it more likely. Check with your doc.
