I currently have a burning pain coming from one of my testes. i am not sexually active and before the burning feeling i had severe pain and a little bit of swelling at one of my testes. what can be the cause of this and how do i get help with this.

Possible infection: Even though you are not sexually active, it is possible to contract epididymitis, which is a painful inflammation of the epididymis. It is impossible to know your diagnosis without an exam (and that is not the purpose of this forum), so I would recommend seeing your Dr for a more thorough history and physical.
