Heel pain i think i have plantar fascitis. how long does it take to go away?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Plantar fasciitis: Plantar fasciitis rarely goes away on it's own without treatment. It is treated with anti inflammatories (such as ibuprofen), stretching exercises, ice to the area, and most importantly making sure that you're wearing shoes with very good arch supports. If none of that works, you can go to a general practitioner or a podiatrist who might recommend steroid injections to the area. Good luck!
